Job Duties:

The General Cleaner will perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that buildings and office facilities are kept in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors; dusting and wiping surfaces; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and break areas; removing trash and recyclables; restocking supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap; and reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Duties include but are not limited to: Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in hallways, offices, lobbies, and other public or work areas. Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Wash windows and glass partitions as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. Follow safety protocols and company policies for proper cleaning and sanitation. Report any maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to the supervisor. Requirements: No formal education required. On-the-job training provided. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Must be physically able to perform manual labor, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching. Shifts: 35 hours per week. Work schedule may vary. Shifts may occur between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, depending on client scheduling requirements. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required
