- Job Duties:
- The Racquet Sports Professional will assist in all aspects of the tennis and racket sports programs for members at a private tennis club. Duties include: Support new and existing racket sports programs and services of the club; Design and execute the organization of special racket sports events; Lead the high-performance junior tennis team and teach strokes, strategy, and fitness; Manage and coach women's interclub teams throughout the winter season; When requested, assist with padel program with respect to playing, teaching, and organizing; Assist the pro shop manager with retail execution and membership interface; Help manage all racket stringing activities and consult with members on the proper string/tension; Assist and help manage the "Elite Junior Program" throughout the year; Participate in club-sponsored racket sport exhibitions as needed.

- Special Requirements:
- High level of tennis playing ability such as College level player preferably with UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) of 10 or higher. High school diploma or foreign equivalent required. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with Members, Guests, Associates and fully understand job assignments. Be able to lift 25 lbs. Be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as required.
