Job Duties:

The Motorcoach Operator picks up, transports, and drops off passengers to and from designated destinations for school events, sports teams, and private charter trips, following scheduled routes. The Operator complies with all traffic laws to ensure a safe and smooth ride, parks the vehicle safely, and assists passengers with boarding, unloading, and handling baggage. The Operator performs daily vehicle inspections, checking gas, oil, water levels, and tire pressure, and ensures the vehicle is clean and in operable condition. Responsibilities include using GPS navigation, tracking trip start and stop times, removing trash, and reporting any lost items to a supervisor. The Operator brings the vehicle in for routine monthly maintenance and attends team meetings as scheduled. This role does not require overnight travel; the Operator returns to their housing at the end of each workday.

Special Requirements:

Must have a CDL Class A or B with valid Passenger Endorsement or foreign equivalent. Must meet DOT physical qualifications. Must not have failed any DOT certified random drug tests in the past 3 year. Must observe all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations and local traffic laws. Must pass a pre- employment drug test and background check per DOL requirements for CDL Operator. Drug test and background checks are paid for by employer.
