- No minimum experience or specific educational requirements are necessary. Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., pass a pre-employment criminal background check (paid for by the employer and applicable to all workers, including U.S. and foreign/H-2B workers), and obtain the ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. They should also be able to work at least a five-day schedule, including weekends and holidays. Applicants are required to complete an employment application. Basic English reading and speaking skills required.
