Job Duties:

The workers will perform duties requiring less skill. As a Production Worker Helper, workers’ duties will include supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Workers will assist with general production work and assembling trusses. Workers will load lumber onto truss table at joints and fasten them with various tools including hammers, nails, drills, screws, and application of glue. Workers may operate a roller to secure truss plates. Workers will load and unload items onto equipment for processing and package finished products for shipping. Workers will ensure products are in conformance to company’s specifications. The Production Worker Helper will accurately record product’s data and pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the processing line.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of production or related experience required. Must be able to lift seventy-five (75) lbs. frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to pass employer-paid pre-employment, post-accident, and other random drug testing.
