- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, grading, seeding, hydro seeding, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, straw mat installation, straw blowing, assist with silt fence installation, grading, operating basic grounds maintenance equipment like lawn mowers, hand grading and digging, shoveling, erosion sock installation. Entry level, requires supervision. Driving license Class C to drive trucks between the worksites within 90 miles of the company's headquarters at 5275 Oakcrest Hill Rd SE, Hills, Iowa.
