- Job Duties:
- Groundskeepers will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the resort’s exterior and common areas. This includes debris and trash removal, power washing, and reporting any maintenance concerns. Duties include but are not limited to the following: pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the resort grounds and common areas by hand or with a trash picker. Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed. Regularly inspect and clean common outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and recreational spaces. Remove natural debris such as leaves, branches, and other obstructions by hand or with hand operated gardening tools such as rakes. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly. Assist with minor outdoor upkeep tasks when requested. Support special event setups by relocating pool or patio furniture, and seasonal property needs such as preparation of inclement weather by moving sandbags, snow shoveling, and salting walkways.

- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
