Job Duties:

Supervise a staff of up to 15 front of house staff during peak season. May assist with greeting guests, seating guests, responding to guest concerns or questions. Make schedules. Count deposit daily and reconcile with point of sale system. Answer the phone and respond to guest questions about the restaurant. Make reservations as requested by the guest. Will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and able to move continuously during work hours. Some areas of the restaurant are stairs access only. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs. Hours may vary based on business needs. Requirements may vary based on COVID cleanliness and sanitation requirements.

SHIFT WILL VARY BASED ON BUSINESS DEMANDS; OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK. TYPICAL WORK HOURS ARE 2PM -10PM BUT MAY VARY BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS. DAY OR EVENING SHIFTS MAY BE NECESSARY. HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED.
