Job Duties:

Prepare food for guests to order using a variety of equipment including gas ranges, flat tops, and fryers. Receive orders, stock and clean station, and maintain refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage inventory. Prepare foods for cooking using slicers, knives, and mixers. Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Sort and remove trash. Organize dishes/linens, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Enry level; requires supervision.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is Wednesday through Sunday. Monday and Tuesday required, when necessary. Must be able to work both shifts, 12PM - 8PM, and 4PM - 12AM. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
