- Job Duties:
- Prepare daily arrival packets for guests. Greet guests upon lobby entry. Check guests in/out and provide property-specific and local information. Process and post cash and credit transactions. Assist in answering all incoming phone calls and taking reservations as needed. Resolve guest issues in a professional, expeditious manner. Complete daily checklist and run daily reports as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to sit at desk, stand as needed, ability to work in fast-paced environment, ability to use a computer/phone-English required. Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stoop as needed. Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, evenings and weekends required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on skill, tenure, performance, or experience. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Employer is offering up to 10 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Must be at least 18 years of age. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense. Optional employer housing will be available at a cost of $160/week. Transportation to and from optional employer housing to the worksite will be provided at no cost to the workers. Employer reserves the right to perform randomized drug tests at the employer's expense.
