Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand/power tools or equipment such as mowers, edgers, or blowers. Activities may include any combination of the following: digging, planting, raking, mulching, trimming, edging, weeding, mowing, pruning, aerating, seeding, sod laying, spraying. Load/unload/move landscape materials; removal of leaves/debris, refuel equipment at the end of every day.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Job requires working in a variety of weather conditions and frequent bending, grabbing, and lifting. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug test required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Must conduct self in professional manner. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
