- Work as cook in local restaurant together with a kitchen team. Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, fish, vegetables, or desserts. May order supplies, keep records, inventory and accounts, contribute to pricing items on menu or planning menu. Keep work area and equipment clean, organized an sanitized in regulatory compliance. Inspect quality of foods, supplies and equipment and assess that all is to standard and functioning.
