Job Duties:

Produce high quality food according to recipes and menus in a timely, organized manner. Prepare vegetables/fruits for recipes. Prepare and cook sauces, meats, sides, desserts as required. Assemble pizzas to include dough and ingredients as needed. Exhibit a high level of sanitation as required by local health and resort standards. Ability to stand/walk, follow recipes, lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Ability to stand/walk for entire shift, ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment, ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, evenings and weekends required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on skill, tenure, performance, or experience. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Employer is offering up to 10 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Must be at least 18 years of age. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense. Optional employer housing will be available at a cost of $160/week. Employer reserves the right to perform randomized drug testing at the employer's expense. Transportation to and from optional employer housing to the worksite is provided at no cost to the worker.
