Job Duties:

Perform manual labor to produce jams, jellies, dressings, ciders, breads, and sauces in a commercial kitchen under the direction of a supervising manager. Duties to include preparing fresh fruits and vegetables, peeling onions, preparing of bread bags, washing jars, filling kettles, cleaning, finishing and shipping of finished goods. Also, cleaning and maintaining of equipment and commercial kitchen facility and grounds.

No education or experience required. Drug free workplace. Background check, pre-employment, random, upon suspicion and post accident drug testing conducted at employer's expense. Negative drug test results are required prior to starting work. Generally we do not employ persons convicted of sex related crimes, theft, violent crimes or drug related crimes. Individual circumstances are taken into consideration. Prolonged standing, reaching, lifting and stirring. Work in hot kitchen. Must lift & carry up to 40 lbs. Must be 18 years old or older. FDA sanitation standards and requirements including personal hygiene and communicable disease apply. Hairnets/beard nets must be worn. Tobacco Free Campus. Pre-employment background checks will be carried out equally between U.S. workers and H-2B workers.
