Job Duties:

Responsible for the cleanliness and basic maintenance of hotel grounds and common areas (lobby, bathrooms, pool area). Perform duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, lifting/moving furniture, light painting,routine minor repairs. Light landscaping/water hanging baskets, power wash sidewalks and keep clear of litter/snow. Stock rooms; sort/load washing machines/fold/stack linens.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Shifts may include 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and/or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
