Job Duties:

Assist in the installation of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, and crawlspaces. Prepare job sites by unloading and staging materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring all tools are ready for use. Support lead installers by handling hoses, ladders, fiberglass batts, and other equipment during the application process. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by removing debris and disposing of old insulation materials. Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment. Perform warehouse-related duties as required, such as inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Some weekend work. Will travel to worksites within the area of intended employment.
