Job Duties:

Arrange food for serving. Monitor food services operations to ensure procedures are followed. Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies. Clean tableware. Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel. Set, replenish and break down buffet lines. Sweep and/or mop buffet areas. Maintain regular attendance, proper uniform, hygiene and appearance standards.

Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on skill, tenure, performance, or experience. Employer is offering up to 8 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Employer is providing paid on the job training. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $135/week. Must be at least 18 years of age. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense.
