- Job Duties:
- Prepare food for guests to order using a variety of equipment including gas ranges, flat tops, and fryers. Receive orders, stock and clean station, and maintain refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage inventory. Prepare foods for cooking using slicers, knives, and mixers. Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Sort and remove trash. Organize dishes/linens, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Must be available for two shifts: 5AM - 12PM and 2PM - 11PM. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
