Job Duties:

Prepare food for guests to order using a variety of equipment including gas ranges, ovens, and fryers. Cook dishes to order under supervision. Receive orders, stock and clean station, and maintain refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage inventory. Prepare foods for cooking using slicers, knives, and mixers. Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. using dishwashers or by hand. Sort and remove trash. Organize dishes/linens, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Entry level, requires supervision.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
