- Job Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, cold brews, matcha/tea, specialty drinks, etc. Steam milk, froth, and manage alternative milk options (oat, almond, etc.). Handle food service: serve pastries, sandwiches, grab-and-go items; possibly heat or assemble items. Operate cash register / POS system, process payments, give change. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment (espresso machines, grinders, steamers), and seating areas. Restock supplies (coffee beans, cups, lids, milk, condiments) during shift as needed. Monitor inventory of food and drink items; alert supervisor when supplies are low. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Provide good customer service: answer questions, make recommendations, handle complaints politely. Assist opening/closing duties, cleaning, cash-out if needed.
