- Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare/grill/cook/fry foods. Clean dining areas and work areas, wash dishes, pots and pans. Stock service areas with supplies, empty trash and perform assorted side duties. Work schedule is 6 or 7 hrs/day depending on shift, 36 or 42 hrs/week, depending on shift. Monday - Sunday, morning shift 10:00 am-4:00 pm; evening shift 4:00 pm-11:00 pm. These shifts will be rotated between workers. All work schedules are 6 days a week with 1 day off. These days may vary. The employer guarantees at least 36 hrs/wk.
