- Job Duties:
- Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, operate POS register, and handle cash and card transactions. Prepare and assemble menu items such as sandwiches, burgers, salads, and beverages according to company standards and portion controls. Cook or heat food items using grills, fryers, and other restaurant equipment. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and dining areas. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures. Stock and replenish supplies and condiments as needed. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including trash removal and cleaning of equipment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays required.
