Job Duties:

Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement facility/carnival. Operate amusement concessions and rides. May direct patrons to rides, seats, or attractions. Tend amusement booths in carnival, performing duties, such as conducting games, photographing patrons, or awarding prizes. Sell and serve refreshments to customers. May clean rides, booths, facilities, or grounds of carnival area.

Special Requirements:

Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. Employer is exempt from paying any overtime per Section 13(a)(3) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for Seasonal Amusement and Recreational Establishments.
