- Job Duties:
- Under the supervision of the Superintendent or Asst. Superintendent; performs the routine manual task involved in the golf course and grounds maintenance. Perform semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work, using divot tools, rakes, hedge trimmers, hand pruners; mowing specified golf course areas including putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and resort ground turf areas using mowers, loaders and hydraulic mowers, pruning saws, electric saws; using twin axle vehicle such as a golf cart. Waters and fertilizes putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and any other related turf areas. Grades and prepares soil plant beds, lays sod, and plants vegetative material. Assists in cultivation practices dealing with all turf areas. Assists with bunker maintenance and/or bunker renovation. Performs a variety of labor duties including trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks. Report any abnormalities on the golf course such as damage disease, insects, debris. Support landscaping department as needed and as opportunities arise. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must have a minimum of 3 months experience.

- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must have a minimum of 3 months experience. Employees will work Mon-Sat an average of 40 hrs/wk. Must be able to work any 8 hr shift within the hours of 6 am to 4 pm. Days off rotate, shifts vary. Weekends and holiday are required as needed. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible and be a team player.
