- Job Duties:
- The Dishwasher will operate the industrial dishwasher to wash dishes, cups, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and other items. Will wash certain items including glassware by hand, as necessary. Other duties include emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles; cleaning iced tea, coffee, and beverage machines daily; rotating the dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources; cleaning dish storage; Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, following sanitation policies at all times; assisting team in receiving and putting away supplies; cleaning spills or broken glassware immediately; and reporting sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party. Must be able to lift and carry loads of up to 30 pounds in a hot and humid environment; and be on feet for up to an 8-hour shift. Occasional bending is required.

- Must be able to lift and carry loads of up to 30 pounds in a hot and humid environment; and be on feet for up to an 8-hour shift. Occasional bending is required. This job requires continuous movement. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, be a team player. No minimum education is required to perform the job. Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hrs/wk. Must be able to work up to any 8 hr shift within the hours of 11:00 am to 11:00 pm any day of the week; days off rotate, shifts vary, and weekends are required.
