Job Duties:

Maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: trimming, raking, cleanup of limbs and leaves, shredding of larger tree branches, set up of equipment. Workers will also perform post-storm cleanup activities including but not limited to; gathering and removing litter or debris, cutting up larger limbs and stumps of larger trees and assisting in the removal of vegetation through the pruning of trees to smaller branches that can be reached from the ground. Operating vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws, loading and unloading equipment from company trucks.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug test required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
