Job Duties:

Assist production workers to construct pre-fabricated wall and truss units. Duties may include use of hand or power tools, prepping/stocking/supplying/holding/staging materials and tools, cleaning up the worksite, bundling packages for shipping, and loading finished units onto transport trailer. Entry level; requires supervision.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Two shifts may be offered: 5AM - 1:30PM or 3PM - 12:30AM. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
