Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking; assist with spring and fall cleanups; assist with the construction of retaining walls, installation of river rock, and assist with the construction of ponds and waterfalls. Work will generally be performed 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, but weekends may be required depending on the weather. Work will be performed at multiple worksites within Sarpy and Douglas Counties. Transportation will be provided between worksites.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 75 POUNDS ON A REGULAR BASIS; MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST PRIOR TO BEGINNING EMPLOYMENT; MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A DRIVER'S LICENSE. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER.
