Job Duties:

Clean rooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other work areas. Performs any of the following tasks to maintain premises in clean/orderly manner: Clean rugs, carpets and/or draperies. Empty wastebaskets, sweep, mop, dust and polish. Sorts linens, makes beds, collects soiled linens, replenish supplies. Workers may also be assigned to front desk if needed. Front desk duties include accommodating hotel, motel, and resort patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. Entry level position; requires supervision.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Must be available to work all shifts: 9:00am to 4:30pm; 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
