Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Mow, cut, trim/edge, lay sod, water grounds/turf and flower beds; clean up, weed, plant, spread seed, fertilizer, and mulch; rake, grade, blow leaves, dig, prune, core aerating, planting and transplanting, seeding and sodding, of all golf course grounds turf. Change hole cups, place tee markers, pins and hazard stakes, fill/repair divots, maintain sand in bunkers. Use a hand shovel to dig holes (up to 24 inches depth and 36 inches in width) for installing plants, trees, shrubs, or irrigation systems; works on the ground to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; core aerating; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning. Gather and remove litter. The employer will offer a minimum of 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week. 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Shift times vary, including 5am-12:30pm, 6am-1:30pm, 7am-2:30pm. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Other 7-hour day shift times possible/may be required. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with weather and occupancy. The employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $25.10 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from housing to and from the worksite.

Must be at least 18 years old. Mut be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Pre-employment criminal background check required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including most weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application. Required uniform provided at no charge to the worker.
