Job Duties:

The role of the Kitchen staff includes setting up and stocking the preparatory stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, following all standard procedures for recipes and presentation, and maintaining a sanitized and orderly environment. Employees must have the ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, including, but not limited to collecting used kitchenware from all areas, storing dishes and cookware and disposing of garbage regularly. All equipment issues and/ or failure must be promptly reported, opening and closing procedures must be duly adhered to, and weekends and evening availability is required. Must have a basic understanding of the English language.

Special Requirements:

Weekends and evening availability is required. Must have a basic understanding of the English language. No Minimum education is required. Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 40 hrs/wk. Must be able to work any 8 hr shift within the hours of 8 am to 10 pm any day of the week, days off rotate, shifts vary. Holidays are required.
