Job Duties:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Position or dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures.

Special Requirements:
Requires three months of previous construction or similar experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.Valid Driver's license required for all workers who voluntarily drive, foreign and domestic. Post-hire motor vehicle record check required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
