Job Duties:
Responsible for landscaping and maintaining grounds and property using hand and power tools and equipment. This includes mowing, weed eating, edging, raking, trimming, planting, pruning, aerating, fertilizing, and watering. Performs spring and fall lawn and flower bed clean ups. Grading, digging, raking, seeding, hauling and spreading mulch and topsoil using wheelbarrow, shovels, and rakes. Install sod, flowers, trees, bushes, and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Clean and maintain tools and equipment. Use an array of hand tools and gas-powered tools, including mowers, string trimmers, and air blowers.

WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. MUST BE ABLE TO WALK, BEND, CROUCH, AND STOOP FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 50 LBS. FRIDAY WORK REQUIRED, WHEN NECESSARY. HOURS AND SCHEDULE MAY FLUCTUATE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. POST-HIRE DRUG TESTING MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ALL WORKERS, BOTH DOMESTIC AND H2B AT EMPLOYER'S EXPENSE. POST-HIRE DRUG TESTING AT EMPLOYER'S EXPENSE ALSO MAY BE CONDUCTED RANDOMLY, POST-ACCIDENT, AND UPON SUSPICION. POST-HIRE BACKGROUND CHECK MAY BE CONDUCTED AT EMPLOYER'S EXPENSE.
