Job Duties:

Perform general labor such as load/upload and move materials or supplies, carry needed tools, and clean up waste materials and loose debris at worksites. May clean and prepare sites for new pool installation or renovation. The employer will offer 50 hours of work per week. Normal schedule Monday-Friday 6am-4pm. Workdays, hours, and shift time may vary depending on weather conditions. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Bonus pay possible at end of season. Overtime will be available and may be required. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $33.75 per hour. Optional employee shared housing is available at no charge to the worker.
