Job Duties:

Duties may include : perform various manual labor tasks on pool renovation sites to assist in the work of skilled tradesman and craftsman as plasterers, masons, coping installers and plumbers, with the replacement of brick/stone , demolition of plaster/concrete, installation of drainage , pool pipelines and conduits and install/rebuild pump room. Clean and prepare construction sites, load and unload trucks , manually or with the assistance of wheelbarrows and dollies. Unpack and store supplies and equipment in storerooms and warehouses; distribute materials . Assist with digging swimming pool pipes trenches , mix and pour materials such as concrete , tile rebar and replace tile and coping. Perform various manual tasks in connection with the installation of drainage and/or water pipes and conduits. Remove debris and clean up spills from construction sites . Operate basic tools and equipment ( saw, drill , hammer, ripping bar, pressure cleaner, spade, etc.)properly and safely. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms/legs and moving the entire body( Lifting, balancing, walking , bending over and handling materials) and other related Swimming Pool Renovation Assistant activities.

Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Perform physical activities such as lift , balance , position, walk, manipulate materials , carry objects up to 50lb. Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather, must be capable of doing physically sterner us activities for long hours in extreme heat or cold. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment, positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal. All applicants must be able , willing and qualified to perform work described. Hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime
