- Job Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff. Serve meals and drinks promptly following company service standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints courteously. Prepare guest checks, process payments, and balance cash or POS transactions. Set up, clean, and reset tables between seatings. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and utensils. Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and supporting other staff during busy periods. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays required.
