- Job Duties:
- Landscape and lawn maintenance for commercial and residential properties, including tree planting, sod laying, mowing, mulching, trimming, planting shrubs and flowers, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging and raking. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs from the ground. Spring and Fall clean-up, such as removing leaves and debris from landscaping beds, pruning shrubs and perennials, removing weeds and applying mulch to landscaping beds. Spring and fall clean up tools may include rakes, blowers, shovels, pitchforks, wheelbarrows, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and hand pruners. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. May drive crew vehicle to job sites, as needed.

- Special Requirements:
- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. OT, Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Must be 18 or older. Must have a US drivers license or the ability to get a US drivers license within 30 days of being hired. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day.
