Job Duties:

Perform routine light cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms and hotel facilities. Duties include: Clean and service guest rooms during stay and after departure Make beds; change and replenish linens and towels Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize bathroom and room surfaces Sort, count, fold, and carry linens and supplies Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and writing materials Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms and transport to designated areas Restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning products Report maintenance issues to supervisor Respond to guest requests by notifying the appropriate department Communicate room-ready status to supervisor/dispatcher for inspection
