- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assists with sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing, walking on slippery surfaces, and navigating large areas. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling heavy equipment. Climbing ladders, manual dexterity for handling tools, and operating machinery. Endurance for extended periods in various weather conditions, including cold and wet environments. Some weekend work required. Up to 10 hours of overtime may be offered.
