Job Duties:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial construction sites. Use carpentry tools such as hand saws, electric saws and drills. Operate tampers, rollers, and skid loaders to grade the specified area. Excavate footings and level earth to grade specifications. Perform the set up from flatwork and/or structural cast in place. Set the correct heights and dimensions on formwork. Position or dismantle forms for pouring concrete. Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry, using hoe, trowel, tamper, scraper, or concrete-mixing machine. Spread, level, and smooth concrete, using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float. Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Have an eye for detail and be able to check that the work is level, plumb and square. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Be organized to plan the sequence of work. Clean site.

Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs, 50 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Work is full-time; MondayFriday; 7:00 a.m.5:30 p.m., and occasional Saturdays, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
