Job Duties:

Attend to customers upon entrance; Seat guests, present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages; Take and serve orders; Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products; Issue bills and accept payment; serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages; Ensure all orders are correct before serving to guest; Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order; Clearing tables after guests have depart; roll silverware, stock any other necessary items to be ready for serve; Sweep, Mop, and closing checklists.

Special Requirements:

The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off with 2 shifts available, one from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and one from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be required. This is a tipped position so wait staff will earn the greater of $7.00 per hour (or the current State of Michigan minimum for tipped employees) plus tips or the wage set forth above.
