- Job Duties:
- Providing a warm, relaxed, and professional welcome experience. Opening doors and assisting with guest arriving and departing from the property. Carrying luggage to and from guest rooms, storing guest luggage, and delivering luggage to specified areas. Assisting guests entering and exiting vehicles as well as loading and unloading luggage from the guest vehicles, maintain clean lobbies or entrance areas for travelers or guests; responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and reporting any accidents or unusual behavior/conditions to manager.

- This position requires standing, sitting, walking and/or running for extended period and/or majority of the shift. This position requires ability to stand, sit, walk, or run for an extended amount of time or majority of shift. Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds without assistance, and ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance.. This position also requires frequent reaching overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling but will generally be five (5) days per week with rotating days off. Various shifts between 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Hours per week will vary with business levels but will generally be 40 hours per week with some occasional overtime. The Otesaga Resort Hotel is open seven (7) days per week and weekend work will be required. Must be available to work all shifts.
