Job Duties:

Maintains a clean restaurant kitchen, wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand, place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas, keeps dish area free of clutter and organized; sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks; maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift, sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas, clean or prepare various simple foods for cooking or serving such peeling or cleaning vegetables, removing food items or ingredients from packages, receive and store kitchen or cooking supplies; stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars, set up banquet tables.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 6 days per week with rotating days off. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
