- Job Duties:
- Host will manage online reservations and will greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Host will take names of walk-in customers and reservation guests and enter information for seating charts. Host will seat customers as directed by the restaurant manager and assist other general customer service matters. Host will communicate with the waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure that the customer experience is smooth and the tables are turned in a timely manner. the Host will answer phone to handle all customer questions including reservation bookings or menu queries and taking to-go orders as directed. Host may at times perform cleaning or sanitation application to keep restaurant clean and assist in clearing to tables to facilitate on-time seating of reserved customers.
