- Job Duties:
- Six positions available for temporary full-time Ground Persons to begin working April 1, 2026 through December 1, 2026, with 40 hours work provided weekly, from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday at $21.50 or higher per hour, with overtime offered regularly at $32.25 or higher per hour. No education or prior experience or training required, including no on-the-job training, as clear instructions are provided at work. Ground Person duties include ground-level pruning and trimming; also raking and chipping, and also applying protective mulches and safe fertilizers; also collecting and hauling out debris, and loading and unloading crew vehicles. Ground Persons observe for any shrub or plant or hedge problems and inform crew leaders. The position is entry-level and non-agricultural. Ground Persons attend a daily Safety Briefing.
