Job Duties:

Housekeeping Attendants will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at Dellshire Resort. These duties include cleaning guest rooms, suites, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and stairways according to standards and safety and security procedures and regulations. The Housekeeping Attendant will also make beds, replenish linens, towels and guest amenities, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum floors, sanitize, polish floors and furniture, clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces, and periodically perform deep cleaning procedures. These duties also include removing linens, amenities (such as washable cups and reusable towels), and trash from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces and transporting them to soiled disposal areas. The Housekeeping Attendant will also replenish the housekeeping carts with supplies and linens, daily, stock designated housekeeping closets with supplies, respond promptly to guest requests for amenities, report missing items from room and necessary maintenance repairs to management, and handle items for “Lost and Found” according to standard. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM to 3:00PM, 11:00AM to 6:00PM, or 3:00PM to 10:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
