Job Duties:

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, performing check-ins, check-outs, and property orientations, assisting with reservations, operating phones in a polite and friendly manner, delivering items to guest rooms, answering guest billing inquiries, receiving and responding to guest complaints. Front Desk Agents will also assist in concierge services such as making reservations and helping guests with directions. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
