- Job Duties:
- Will clean work areas, floors, equipment, utensils, dishes; stock shelves; prep food for cooking; trash removal. Food preparation includes hand-cutting vegetables with knives; chopping, slicing and dicing vegetables; trimming bones from flounder and other seafood. Stock groceries as they are delivered. Wash produce. Rotate Stock. Fry, grill and oven-cook food. Make pizzas and salads. Monday-Sunday with varying shifts: 6 AM - 1 PM or 3 PM - 10 PM
