- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of HOA-managed properties using hand or power tools and equipment. Tasks may include any combination of the following: planting, mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, mulching, watering, sod laying, digging, weeding, raking, pruning of trees and bushes, arranging decorative rocks, gravel, and stones, debris and leaf removal, cleaning of lawns and paved areas, and spring and fall clean-up. Maintain landscaped areas in clean, safe condition and dispose of debris. Load and unload tools and equipment; clean, maintain, and properly store all tools and materials at the end of each workday.

- Special Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed. Must be able to safely operate common hand and power tools (lawn mowers, blowers, trimmers). Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by client property schedules. Post-employment criminal background check and post-employment, post-injury or incident and random drug testing required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, US and foreign/H2B. Applicants must complete an employment application.
