Job Duties:

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, checking in and out guests, taking reservations, distributing hotel information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. Front Desk Agents will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms, making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in, and restocking lobby coffee station and gift shop. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm, 1:00pm – 9:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, or 11:00pm – 7:00am. Shift hours may vary. See job description for additional detail.
